  • LOS also represents the Becklands School’s Employability Preparation Strand and will support better outcomes for learners. Gaining skills and qualifications.

Learners gain accredited qualifications and additional employment training in areas such as Health and Safety and First Aid, ensuring they are well-prepared for the workforce.

Access to Becklands Learning and Outreach Services (BLOS)

All Learners enrolled at Becklands School automatically gain access to the BLOS facilities and resources as part of their comprehensive curriculum. Enrolment at Becklands can be initiated through a referral by your local authority or by directly contacting the school.

External learners seeking Alternative Provision (AP) through BLOS must be referred directly to the Becklands School Head Office by local authorities or other schools. These sessions can be commissioned individually or in blocks of half or full days, tailored to meet the specific needs of each learner.

Additionally, BLOS offers a summer school program featuring enrichment activities and engaging learning experiences during the school holidays. For dates and availability, please contact the Becklands School Head Office.
