Keyworkers
A key worker is an entrusted guide and supporter, forming a unique bond with a specific learner and their families. This relationship extends beyond the classroom, emphasising continuity and stability crucial for a child’s holistic development.
At The Becklands, each of our learners have their own designated key worker and have timetabled sessions 1:1 on a regular basis to support with learner development.
